The Resort has 15 big apartments, each of them different by structure and size. They are lovely decorated and characterized by wide and luminous rooms. Baia Sardinia is a well known town by the Emerald Coast and offers, apart from the wonderful beach, different services to meet even the most demanding requests.

Location

The apartments are located in the pinewood at the entrance of Baia Sardinia. The port and the airport of Olbia are at approx 35 Km.

Apartments

The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor with patio or balcony equipped with table and chairs; they also have TV, dishwasher and washing machine (studios do not have a washing machine). The villas are divided into the following typologies:
Studio 3 beds Wide lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom, terrace, additional bed is not available.
Three room 4 beds Wide lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom (sometimes with bunk beds), bathroom. These apartments can be on the ground floor distributed in two levels with stairs and patio equipped with table and chairs or on the first floor with balcony equipped with chairs. Additional bed is not available.
Four room 5 beds Divided in two levels with stairs. They have a wide lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom, two bathrooms, patio and terrace. Additional bed is not available.

Four room 6 beds They can be divided into two levels with stairs. They have a wide lounge, kitchen, one double bedroom, two double bedrooms (sometimes one of them with bunk beds), two bathrooms, patio or terrace. Additional bed is not available.
Beds: minimum 2 maximum 6
Distance to the beach: 250 mt.
Distance to the market: 300 mt

Amenities

In the area, in the centre of Baia Sardinia, there are all kind of services: supermarket, restaurant, pizzerias, bar, disco, etc. It is possible to practice several sports, and at only 15 km the famous Pevero Golf Club. At the beach there are water sports and windsurf school.

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have an equipped kitchen or a kitchenette.
