Built in the 2004 following Sardinian traditional style in its construction and in its furniture, it is composed of 27 apartments out of which 15 two-room apartments and 12 three-room apartments. The centre has been designed and constructed according to modern spacious and comfort rules that guarantee a relaxing and quiet holiday.

Apartments

All apartments have air conditioning, lovely decorated with private terrace. They are available with the following types:
Two room apartment(2-4 sleeps, 50 m2 plus veranda) they all have a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a double room, lounge with double sofa bed.
Three room apartment(4-6 sleeps, 60 m2 plus veranda)They all have a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a double room, a twin room and lounge with double sofa bed.

Amenities

Air conditioning, sat TV, telephone and safe. The residence has a lobby, bar and swimming pool with whirlpool (open from May to October).

Cooking&Eating

The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

Check in from June to October 11: from 17.00 to 22.00 (arrivals after 21.30 h. must be informed beforehand); Check in from October to May: from 17.00 to 19.00; Check out by 10.00 am. Pets are not allowed.
