Bounganvillea residence, recently built, rises in front of the beautiful white sandy beaches of Lido di Alghero that stretches for 7 kilometres. A real comfort for those who look for a match point between the sea and the pleasures of discovering, a few steps away, one of the most fascinating cities of Sardinia.

Location

The city centre is about 1.500 metres away and the nearest bus stop is 15 meters far from the residence. There is a bus every 30 hour. The international airport of Alghero-Fertilia is at 10 km away.

Apartments

The building is on two levels and it is composed of 46 apartments, all of them on the first and second floor, with 6 private entrances. They are divided into two categories: Two room – 6 beds: one double bedroom, one lounge with equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed and alcove with bunk beds, one bathroom with shower, balcony. The kitchenette has pots and pans for the amount of available beds; there is also a fridge and burners, 2 gas burners and electrical. All of the apartments have socket for the TV, which can be rented upon arrival. Bed and bath linen is not supplied, though it can be rented upon arrival. Three room – 8 beds: two double bedrooms, one lounge with equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed and alcove with bunk beds (in between the bedrooms), one bathroom with shower, two balconies. All of the apartments have heating/air conditioning, security box, and socket for the TV, which can be rented upon arrival.

On the ground floor: reception, restaurant/pizzeria “Les Arenes”, Bar/Ice-cream “La Playa”. Supermarket open all over the week during high season. With extra charge: cot, security box, bed and bath linen, tv, private parking. Amenities nearby: souvenir shop; Bus stop to the city centre; Sea side amenities: umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds rentals. Chance to practice water sports such as Sailing, Canoe and scuba diving. Chemist’s 500 mts. Market and Shops nearby.
