Buganvillea Residence

Bounganvillea residence, recently built, rises in front of the beautiful white sand beach of Lido di Alghero, that extends along 7km. This is a real comfortable solution for those who want to combine the sea and the pleasure of discovering, a few steps away, one of the most fascinating towns of Sardinia.

Location

The city centre is about 1.500m away and the nearest bus stop is 10m from the residence. There is a bus every 30 minutes. The international airport of Alghero-Fertilia is 10km away.

Apartments

This residence is composed of a two-floor building with 46 apartments and 6 different entries. Two different typologies are available: Two-room apartment – 6 beds: composed of a double bedroom, a living room with equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed and alcove with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. The kitchenette has pots and pans and cutlery for the number of available beds; there are also a fridge, 2 gas burners and electrical burners. All these apartments have satellite TV. Bed and bath linen are not included in the rates, but can be rented upon arrival. Three-room apartment – 8 beds: composed of two double bedrooms, one living room with equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed and alcove with bunk bed (between the bedrooms), a bathroom with shower, two balconies. All the apartments have heating/air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, hair-dryer and microwaves oven.
