• TARIFFS INCLUDE:
  - consumptions of electricity, water, gas, satellite TV and use of the swimming-pool.
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Final cleaning: tariffs do not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 30,00 euros extra charge is requested.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Baby cot: 35,00 euros per week free of charge from 01/03 to 25/05 and from 22/09 to 06/11);
  - Safebox: 10,00 euros per week free of charge from 01/03 to 25/05 and from 22/09 to 06/11);
  - Bed linen and bath towels: 14,00 euros per person;
  - Bed linen and bath towels change: 10,00 euros per person;
  - Unguarded private car park: 4,00 euros per day;
  - Air conditioning: 8,00 euros per day in two-room apartments; 10,00 euros per day in three- and four-room apartments;
  - Coin laundry: coin for washing machine 4,00 euros / cleanser dose 4,00 euros / coin for dryer 3,00 euros
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Upon request and according to availabilities, it is possible to enjoy stays shorter than 7 nights (5 or 6-night stay). Please request an estimate to the booking centre.
  
  RECEPTION OFFICE:
  - Opening hours: 9:30am - 1:00pm / 4:00pm - 07:00pm (1 day closed during the week);
  - Check-in: from 3:00pm to 7:00pm (it is possible to request to check-in in the morning - not guaranteed). For arrivals later than 7:00pm the guests must contact the management of the accommodation facility;
  - Check-out before 10:00am.
