• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Service package: free of charge for children aged 0 to 2 years. It includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen and bath towels, air conditioning, equipped swimming pool (deckchairs and sunbeds according to availability);
  - Club card (Comfort Card): price per apartment, per stay. It is compulsory from 09/06 to 08/09 and includes: "BEACH SET" (1 beach umbrella, 1 beach towel per person from the age of 6); "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (jams, Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, toasted bread, biscuits); "COURTESY SET" (toiletries); use of bicycles according to availabilities (with a safe deposit); "WIRELESS AREA"; excursions reservation and car/motorbike hire (upon payment); 1 backpack and 1 bandana as a gift;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested.
  - Safe deposit: refundable at departure after a status check of the apartment. In case of early/late check out, the deposit is returned by return mail to the customer address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation)
  - Daily cleaning: villa 4 beds 20,00 euros; villa 6 beds 25,00 euros; villa 8 beds 35,00 euros (kitchenette not included);
  - Linen change: bed linen 10,00 euros per person per change; bath towels 15,00 euros per person per change;
  - Beach set from 31/03 to 08/06 and from 08/09 to 20/10: 20,00 euros per apartment (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach towels);
  - Internet connection from 31/03 to 08/06 and from 08/09 to 20/10: 2,00 euros per day; 10,00 euros per week;
  - Beach towel: 5,00 euros each;
  - Extra bed: 70,00 euros per week;
  - Baby cot: 35,00 euros per week, free of charge if brought by the guests;
  - Pets: admitted apart from common areas. 30,00 euros for extra cleaning.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - guests are requested to inform the residence in case of arrivals later than 09:00pm, otherwise the accommodation facility cannot guarantee to be able to welcome them. For late arrivals not communicated a 50,00 euros extra charge is requested.
