The most important tourist draw in north-west Sardinia, Alghero is the most Spanish of Sardinia’s cities: Algherese, the local dialect, is close to Catalan. The residence apartment that we have chosen for you are just in front the beautiful beach "Lido di Alghero" you'll have a rubber dinghy at your disposal for one day for exploring the enchanting north-west seasides.

Eucalipti Residence

Eucalipti Residence, recently built, rises in front of the beautiful white sandy beaches of Lido di Alghero and of Maria Pia, stretching for 7 kilometres. The building is on three levels and it is composed of 41 apartments with 4 private entrances, all equipped with safe box, TV socket (TV for rent locally). Lower floor and higher floor are of easy access since there are only 4 stairs.

Location

The city centre is about 1.800 metres away and the nearest bus stop is 15 meters far from the residence. There is a bus every 30 hour. The international airport of Alghero-Fertilia is at 10 km away.

Apartments

They are divided into three categories: Two room4; Three room6 and Four room8. They are completely furnished and with TV socket (TV for rent locally). The apartments on the second floor have air conditioning.
2 Roomed apartments/4people twin bedroom, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower and balcony. Kitchenette has pots and pans for 4 people, fridge and kitchen with 4 electric burners. Balconies have chairs and table.
3 Roomed apartments/6people 2 twin bedrooms, one of the room is smaller than the other, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, balcony.
4 Roomed apartments/8people 3 twin bedrooms, one of the rooms is smaller than the others, lounge with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and two balconies. Kitchenette has pots and pans for 8 people, fridge and kitchen with 4 electric burners.
The apartments are equipped with TV socket, with the possibility of TV rental upon arrival. The rooms have neither bed linen nor bath towels (for rent locally).
The apartments overlook the inside path and the swimming pool, only some of them overlook the street so they are a little noisy.

Amenities

On request/paying services: parking, washing and ironing service, bed linen and bath linen change, baby sitting. Facilities: one swimming pool with children area, open from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 20. Nearby the residence there are a supermarket, bar, restaurants, souvenir shop, news'agent.
