The magic vibration of the Past

There is a story tied to the south-west Sardinia, people say it is magic for its weather, for its sea, for its beautiful landscapes, for its colours and its perfumes and for its friendly people that can offer a special welcome to their guests.
With this experience you will discover Sardinia through its forms of hidden energy, that are ready to show themselves to the people who want to look for them, to see them and to appreciate them. These powerful energies come from Mother Earth and during the time have been called in different ways. Our ancestors, ancient priests and shamans, good connoisseurs of nature and its relationship with all creatures, knew how to use the energy of Earth. The modern scholars have tried to discover the ancient wisdom inducing the modern people to listen to the voice of Earth through a silent world rich in spiritual suggestions, that we can experiment with simplicity. Your guide for the itinerary “Kind welcome” will be Augusto Mocci, an expert scholar of vibrational bioenergetic therapies and energetic and therapeutical itineraries of magnetotherapy”. You will start from the archaelogical site of Barrancu Mannu, where the prenuraghic people already perceived the presence of strong magnetic fields. Your visit will end in the biggest wood of Europe and near the fresh waters of the source of Is Figueras. But in this experience you will also know the techniques with which our ancestors coloured the textiles and the wools and their therapeutical uses. You will take part in a botanical excursion in the hills near Nuxis of about 3 hours in search of the plants that since the prehistory were used to coloured the textiles. Then you will admire the production of natural colours in a workshop. This experience includes also two typical lunches for the tasting of the gentle flavours of this area.
