Positive aspects: Disable facilites were excellent in the rooms. Very good access to most areas with wheelchair.

Loved the fact that lifeguards had facilities for wheelchair users to access the water (sea).

Negative aspects: Staff spoke little (if at all) English, Spanish or french which were languages spoken in our group.

Unsure if it was due to going late in the holiday season but night entertaintment was poor. waiter service in bars could take more than 30mins.

Drains in bathrooms / toilets did not drain properly allowing awful smells to come into sleeping areas.
