Located in the magnificent bay of Timi Ama, the hotel is 500 meters from the sea and 2 km from the town of Villasimius and from the harbour. It is 55 km the international airport of Cagliari.

The rooms are divided into: 128 Standard rooms: 20 / 25 m2 equipped with bathroom with shower, with 2 beds (single upon request); 131 superior rooms: 30 / 35 m2 equipped with bathroom with shower and bathtub, with 2-3 beds (single, triple and quadruple upon request).
The standard and superior rooms are equipped in the same way. 11 Junior Suite: 40 / 45 m2, equipped with bathroom with shower and bathtub, with 2-3 beds (triple and quadruple upon request), some with sofa; Suite 4: Marina 1: 60 m2. The Institute for Thalassotherapy is connected to the hotel. It is opened everyday (except Sunday afternoon). Possibility of starting the treatment on any day of the week. It is advisable to undergo a medical examination before starting the treatment. Clothing: bathrobe and towels (available for free), plastic sandals, swimming costume (sold at the boutiques), bathing cap. The centre has 1 marine path of sea water of 60 m, with jets of water for the neck, back and sitting. Hammam, sauna (man / woman) and 3 whirlpools with fresh water. There are balinese style beds on the beach where custom massages are performed immersed in an enchanting scenery.

Cooking&Eating

The accommodation structure has 3 restaurants: "La Veranda" where breakfast is served and dinner for HB bases. It has a terrace with view to the swimming pool, the sea, the lake and the mountains; "I Ginepri" located at the beach proposes a light cuisine (grilled) for buffet or à la carte lunch and fish and typical Sardinian and Italian dishes for dinner (à la carte); "Il Mediterraneo", locaed by the swimming pool offers for lunch a light and gastronomic cuisine.
