Stella Maris Hotel

Stella Maris is a 4 stars hotel surrounded by lentisks, pinetrees and junipers situated in the beautiful bay of Campulongu. This property was founded over 50 years ago by the Jesuits that found here the right place where to relax and to go on retreat.

Location

The hotel lies in Villasimius, in the sardinian south-east coast. It is about 55/65 km from Cagliari airport and port far and easy reachable. From here you should cover the Villasimius "provinciale number 17 road" which is to find turning right after following the coast of Cagliari's Poetto beach or turning left if you are covering the "statale 554 road". The coastline to Villasimius is a very enchanting Sardinia side which could be enjoyed thanks to this breathtaking panoramic road that allow to admire all coastline with its unique coves and creeks. When you find a fork whit a sign for Campulongu, you have to take that direction and cover the street 1 km more to find the drive way which leads to the hotel.

48 tastefully furnished, very good equipped and comfortable rooms disposing of: panoramic view, terrace facing Campulongu's bay or the beautiful wood that surrounded the hotel, private bathroom, color tv, air conditioning. The hotel disposes also of 4 Suite rooms, some of which are equipped with hydromassage tubs and ample terraces facing the sea. The very tastefully and carefully furniture and equipments make this kind of accomodation very comfort and cosy.

The Hotel disposes of: jacuzzi pool, piano bar, restaurant, equipped private beach service with bar, tv room, internet point, meeting room, boutique, private parking, baby sitting service (on request), laundry and secretary's service. Daily papers and use of tennis courts available if paying on site.

Restaurant and food

The cooking of the hotel is considered one of the best not only of Villasimius but even of the south-east sardinian coast as well. The restaurant consists of 2 tasteful and cosy rooms, one of which facing the sea and smart furnished. It is renowned for the very good service and the optimum choiche of sardinian's wines. The food is mostly local and traditional of Sardinia.

Catering services: The half board service is available from the 17th of April till the 2nd of November; The full board one from May until September. maggio a settembre. Lunch and dinner times: from 01:00pm till 02:00pm and from 08:00pm till 09:00pm. The bar is open every day from 10:00am till 00:00pm.
