Positive aspects: Staff was very friendly and tried to help but sometimes had inaccurate information-maybe this was language barrier as I don’t speak Italian. They did speak English but sometimes there can still be some confusion. They were extremely helpful and kind though, very welcoming.

Negative aspects: Food at hotel was OK only, could have been better.
