Positive aspects: Reception staff were pleasant though ineffective.

Negative aspects: Rooms not ready on arrival at 02.00am. Had to wear plastic wrist bands for our holiday. Children not allowed to use the indoor pool. Everywhere beside the hotel was closed for the season, there was nowhere to buy lunch on a daily basis. The children had mould / fungus growing on the walls of their bedroom which was never removed despite asking 4 times. Their bath had no plug for 4 days despite lots of requests. The lightbulbs were not working in the hallway of the room and again this was never fixed. Bar and restaurant service was poor - the staff felt they were more important than the guests, and shouted over the tables to one another. The food was basic and limited in variety - due to the hotel closing down shortly after our visit. It was often cold, un-replenished, and very repetitve - more like a 2star than 4star. A week felt like a month and we cheered when we left the hotel.

Positive aspects: the swimming pool, the private beach, the mini club and the baby dance,the children entertaiment, the variet food
