  Rates include: apartment accommodation including linen with weekly change and towels changed twice weekly, rearrangement of the room at the beginning of the holiday, Half board basis (drinks are not included, to be paid locally)
  Kitchenette: an extra charge of euro 26 will be applied if not left clean.
  
  Optional expenses to be paid locally:
  Tv Rental: euro 35 pw (to be requested when booking).
  Infant 0/2 years: cot euro 35 pw, free of charge if brought by the customer (to be confirmed when booking).
  Pets: small pets allowed (except in common areas) surcharge of euro 30 for disinfection.
