No penalties from the reservation until 21 days before the date of arrival;
30 % from 20 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case the stay with them combined is cancelled, ferry or flight tickets or the car rental purchased with SUPERPROMO Sardegne.com rate will be cancelled.
In case of Sardegne.com rates and special offers, the cancellation policies may vary and then they will be indicated when booking.
When booking a room with a rate indicated as "non-refundable", please note that you cannot make any cancellation.
