Hotel Altura

The Hotel Altura is located in a natural unspoilt area by the Altura Mount from which it takes its name. It is made up of a series of constructions with the characteristics of the architectural style that recall the “stazzo” of Gallura (farmers’ houses). It is located in the North of Sardinia and composed of smaller constructions facing the swimming pool, and a restaurant, bar and common areas. It is near the exclusive locality of Porto Raphael, “discovered” in the middle ‘60s by the Spanish count Raphael de Neville who was sailing in search for “a paradise”. Today it is known for its lovely square by the sea and the villas surrounded by gardens. All around, typical Mediterranean vegetation and rocks with weird shapes. The sandy beach of Sciumara, to which it is possible to arrive through a small path, is a deep inlet surrounded by trees arriving almost by the sea.

The Hotel is located at 2 Km from the centre of Palau, at 27 Km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Divided into different buildings and lovely decorated, the rooms have independent entrance, telephone, TV, minibar, air conditioning (with additional charge to pay to the agency), bathroom with hairdryer and sometimes external patio.

Restaurant

The hotel has a panoramic restaurant and offers regional and national dishes (bed and breakfast, half board and full board services with local wine and water included. Breakfast with buffet service, meals with traditional waiter service).
