Positive aspects: Professionalism and friendliness of the staff, all staff bar, reception, spa, service/waiting staff and house keepers all fantastic!
Beautiful surroundings and pool and spa area. Good entertainment every evening. Amazing food!! Relaxing atmosphere.

Negative aspects: The rooms are basic for a 4 star hotel. No iron or tea and coffee making facilities, robes or slippers in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and only one pillow per person. I felt the rooms were a little on the small size and in need of updating for a four star resort and for the price you pay compaired to other four star resorts all over Europe and the rest of the world!!
