The Resort is located in the wonderful bay Baia di Sas Linnas Siccas, in the golf of Orosei, at approx 75 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

Apart Hotel (with full board, water and wine included): Furniture with taste with typical fabrics and furniture and located in the residential area, with air conditioning, telephone, and TV, independent entrance and kitchenette. Upon request, suite apartment up to 3/4 beds, perfect for families.
Apartments: With the same characteristics of the apart-hotel, they all have air conditioning and TV, covered veranda with sun umbrella and chairs. These are the typologies:
Two room 2 Beds: Lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom; independent entrance
Two room 3/4 beds: Lounge with kitchenette + single bed or double sofa bed; double bedroom
