Cancellation policy

10 % up to 30 days before the date of arrival;
30 % from 29 and 21 days before the date of arrival;
50 % from 20 and 14 days before the date of arrival;
75 % from 13 and 8 days before the date of arrival;
100 % from 7 days before the date of arrival in case of no show;

In case of purchase of a "stay + ferry", "stay + flight" or "stay + rent a car" tourist pakage a minimum penalty of 10% on the total file amount except discounts is considered since booking. The minimum penalty also applies for the partial cancellation of the tourist package.
