Hotel Pellicano d'Oro

The hotel is situated directly on the sea overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches of the North East Sardinia, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. The hotel is located in a garden rich with plants and offers an pleasant atmosphere and a cared for service that frame a peacefull and relaxing holiday. The original structure, adjacent to the beach, has a cosylobby and bar with a fine restaurant that offers a wide range of refined dishes of local and international cuisine. The wide terrace of the bar has a sea view and it is a pleasant place for an aperitif and tasting of regional wines. At the back, separated by the road, is the new body, with its modern architecture and design.

Location

The hotel is located along the panoramic road that leads from Olbia to Golfo Aranci. Located just 12 km from Olbia, it is easily accessible from all major Italian and European cities and it is the ideal starting point to reach the most famous location of the Costa Smeralda (about 30 km from Porto Cervo). Distance: from the port of Olbia 8 km, from Golfo Aranci 10 km from Porto Rotondo 15 km.

Bedrooms

The 70 rooms are located partly in the original structure, on the ground floor or the first floor with common terrace, and partly in the new building, on the first or second floor, with private balcony. All have satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar, safe, bathroom with shower (quadruple rooms in the new body have bathtub) and a hairdryer. They are divided into two types:
Classic: These rooms face the garden (street view) and are located both in the original body, and in the new body. In the original body the rooms are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor and are equipped with doors (1 has a French window), leading to the common terrace partly equipped with tables and chaise longue. They are double / twin rooms with possibility of 3 / 4 bed in bunk bed or cot and furniture in typical Sardinian style. Near the bed there are 2 bedside tables, a desk and a chair. The bathrooms are covered with Sardinian ceramics. In the new body the rooms are on the 1 or 2 level and have private balconies equipped with table and 2 chairs. They are double / twin rooms, some with the possibility of 3 bed, others with 3 / 4 place in sofa bed, with modern furnishings. In the latter, next to the bed there are 2 bedside tables, a desk and a chair.
Superior: These rooms have side sea view and are located in the original as well as in the new body. In the original body the rooms are located on the ground floor and the 1st floor and are equipped with doors (some have French windows) leading to the common terrace partly equipped with tables and chairs. They are double / twin rooms with possibility of 3 / 4 bed in bunk bed or cot and furniture in typical Sardinian style. Near the bed there are 2 bedside tables, a desk and a chair. The bathrooms are covered with Sardinian ceramics. In the new body the rooms are on the 1 or 2 level and have private balconies equipped with table and 2 chairs. They are double / twin rooms, some with the possibility of 3 bed, others with 3 / 4 place in sofa bed, with modern furnishings. In the latter, next to the bed there are 2 bedside tables, a desk and a chair. Only in the bathrooms of the quadruple Superior rooms of the new body there bathroom is with bathtub.
