Hotel Giardino Corte Rubja

Located on top of a hill in such a way as giving value to the surrounding Mediterranean vegetation, the structure is the ideal place to discover the charming Sulcis-Iglesiente: a few minutes by car and it is possible to reach the wonderful beaches of Funtanamare, Plagemesu and Masua and the wood of Marganai or the famous silver and zinc mines that characterized this part of the island. Corte Rubja is a small three-star hotel recently opened located at the entrance of Iglesias, old mining town in the South West Sardinia, province of Carbonia-Iglesias.

Location

The hotel is located at Iglesias at 50 km from the port of Cagliari, at 290 from the port of Olbia – 45 km from the airport of Elmas and 290 from the airport of Olbia.

Amenities

A common room with 52” TV, open air swimming pool with whirlpool area. The bar of the reception, wide park with private parking and the common TV room guarantee a relaxing vacation based on comfort and a starting point to discover the Sulcis Iglesiente accompanied by the guides of ETNOS. It is also possible to have open air lunches, to do hiking, or Land Rover rides or Mountain bikes in the Geominenary park recognised by UNESCO as World Heritage.

Restaurant

The restaurant, also opened to the public, presents tasteful appetizers and main dishes where fish is the most important ingredient. Meat is genuine and some main courses are originals due to its taste and melt of flavours. Sardinian dishes are also present as well. The service, careful and discreet, makes the restaurant an intimate place where to go in couple or at the same time a perfect place to celebrate. During the good season it is possible to eat in the open air in the Mediterranean garden.
