Positive aspects: When we arrived, we found out that we had rooms in different hotels although we had booked two rooms in the same hotel (il nuevo gabbiano) in march already ! This was quite a disappointment. But the hotel manager found us two rooms in another hotel (of even a better category) She did everything she could to make up for the mistake ! We were really well taken care of and were treated with utmost friendliness by the manager of il nuevo gabbiano as well as by the manager of the other hotel !!

Negative aspects: the error with the booking was a bit of a difficult start but everything turned out very well !!
