Sant'Elmo Beach Hotel

The hotel covers a wide area of typical Mediterranean maquis, where beautiful gardens are the perfect setting for a pleasant stay framed by total relaxation. Location

The hotel is located on the south eastern coast of Sardinia, only 4 km from Costa Rei and 14 from Villasimius. Distance: 68 km from Cagliari, 274 km from Olbia.

Bedrooms

The 175 rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar, safe, bathroom with shower, hair dryer. Types: Cottage Classic: The Classic rooms are located in the terraced houses following a semicircular shape. They are equipped with a double bed, some have the possibility of 3 bed (size 190 x 80 cm or 190 x 90 cm) or cot. In the room there are 2 bedside tables at the edge of the bed (hard mattress), with a mirror above the headboard, a desk with an antique mirror glass. From the French door of the room it is possible to access an independent garden patio, which is present in every room of this type and equipped with a table and 2 chaise longue.

Family: Family Rooms are located in a single body around the central and consist of a double room with double bed, a loft for children up to 11 years, reached by a staircase of 11 steps with handrail. The loft is small and there is a sofa bed and a roll with size of about 1.65 m long and 80 cm wide. The air-conditioner is above the sofa bed for children and the regulation depends on that of equipmente of the bedroom below. All the Family rooms are all equipped with bathrooms with no window (the shower is very small) and independent garden patio, equipped with a table and 2 chaise longue.

Communicating Cottages: These are two rooms Cottage Classic rooms located in the terraced houses with a communicating door, one room has a double bed and the other 2 twin beds. The rooms have windows with antique mirrors. In every room there are 2 bedside tables at the edge of the bed (hard mattress), with a mirror above the headboard, a desk with an antique mirror glass. From the French door of one room it is possible to access the independent garden patio, which is present in every room of this type and equipped with a table and 2 chaise longue.

Double communicating with Family: The Family consist of a double room with a loft for children up to 11 years, reached by a staircase of 11 steps with handrail. The loft is small and there is a sofa bed and a roll with size of about 1.65 m long and 80 cm wide. The air-conditioner is above the sofa bed for children and the regulation depends on that of equipmente of the bedroom below. Junior Suites are located in the main building, on the first floor above the square and have common terraces, equipped with wooden table and chaise longue in near the entrance. Immediately after the entrance after the terrace door, there is a lounge area where there are two sofas, which can become single, a mirror and, to the side, a table with a mirror. The room consists of a double bed, with a desk with a chair and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub, 2 sinks and a cosmetic mirror. Moreover, these rooms have a private area in the sun terrace with two chaise longue and a king size sunbed for each room. The Deluxe Service supplement is included in the price of the Junior Suite.

Amenities

In the main building there are the reception, TV area, boutiques, restaurants area which with its 4 restaurants offering a rich cuisine and a swimming pool with sun terrace. Not far from the central body is the shows area and a children's play area with gazebo. The sports area consists of two tennis courts, a soccer field, a field (basketball / volleyball), all in grass with lighting, and a small gym. Scooter and bike rental (upon request, upon fee). Cooking&Eating

Half board bases with breakfast and dinner buffet at the restaurant Sant'Elmo (excluding drinks), where children can find an area and a menu specially for them. The Gourmet Card, included in the Deluxe Service, allows free access for dinner, upon booking, in all the restaurants in the resort, including the open door typical restaurant "Gli Oleandri" (water and wine included) with a Sardinian menu based on meat main courses cooked with the spit and the fire, the restaurant La Rotonda (table service-drinks not included), offers a Mediterranean menu and the exclusive "Belvedere" with spectacular sea view (table service -- drinks not included), offers a la carte menu. Full board supplement (excluding drinks) and lunch buffet at the restaurant "La Rotonda". The Pool Bar and Beach bar are always available for lunch or for a quick snack or a light lunch (paid locally). N.B. The opening of some of the premises is subject to weather conditions.
