Hotel Janus

This brand new hotel, opened in June 2006, is located at the beginning of the historic town of Castelsardo. This superior resort overlooks the beautiful Asinara Gulf sea. Location

Castelsardo can be reached from Sassari along the "S.S. 200" road, from Anglona hinterland along the "S.S. 134" road and from S.Teresa Gallura through a beautiful scenic coastal. Thanks to its geographical position at the center of the Asinara Gulf, Castelsardo is the ideal starting point for a day trip, halving journey times. Little more than 30 km separate Castelsardo from Porto Torres, where you can embark to visit the Asinara park. About 60 km from Stintino and the beautiful Pelosa beach. 70 Km from Alghero and Capocaccia with its famous Nepune's caves. On the other side, 70 Km, you can reach Santa Teresa Gallura with the possibility of embarking for a hike in Corsica or the Maddalena archipelago. Palau is 85 km, point of embarkation to reach La Maddalena and Caprera. Costa Smeralda can be reached by car in an hour.

The hotel has 17 double rooms, elegantly furnished, including 14 with sea view, 3 suites, 1 junior suite ( with flat screen TV, walk-in closet, customized bathroom with shower/sauna), 3 triple rooms and 2 single rooms. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing, minibar, hair dryer, satellite Tv (Sky TV), telephone, toilet facilities with bathtub and shower.

Restaurant

The hotel has no restaurant, but the hotel owner manages the Fofò restaurant,(approx. 40 meters from the hotel), one of the best restaurants in town, where you can taste Sardinian and national dishes with a 20% discount on the menu.
