Positive aspects: The view from the hotel (not from the room) was very nice.
You can enjoy taking a walk in the hotel common area.

Negative aspects: The room (fronte mare) was "not" the room with sea view.
If you don’t go out from the room, you can’t sea the sea.
Some hotel staffts were not so kind.
