Park Hotel Resort, located by the sea inside the Golfo degli Ulivi, blends harmoniously with a 37 acres park of mediterranean maquis adjacent to picturesque fine sandy coves, in a context giving the hotel and its guests a feeling of tranquility and relaxation. The hotel is 1.5 Km from Baia Sardinia town centre, one of the most popular destinations of the island for its proximity to the Costa Smeralda, the fulcrum of social life, besides for its many coves and beaches. Olbia maritime port and port are approx. 35 Km.

The hotel has 75 rooms, elegantly furnished, located on ground or first floor with separate entrance. All the rooms have minibar, air conditioning, LCD tv, safe, telephone, bathroom with hairdryer. Types available:

CLASSIC: room with garden view with two twin beds or double bed, with no balcony. Possibility of cot (no 3rd extra bed);

COMFORT: room with garden view with patio or equipped balcony with two twin beds or double bed. Possibility of 3rd bed in sofa bed and 4th in bunk bed. Cot in place of 3rd or 4th bed;

VISTA MARE: same characteristics of comfort rooms but with sea view;

DE LUXE: on the mezzanine, directly on the sea, with separate entrance, with two twin beds or double bed, walk-in closet and large covered patio furnished with table, chairs and hammock, overlooking the beautiful bay. 3rd bed or cot availability. The de luxe room accommodation includes bathrobes, breakfast served directly on the private patio, your favourite newspaper and the restaurant table, in private panoramic veranda with sea view;

COMMUNICATING: two adjacent and communicating rooms with sea view;

FAMILY ROOM: with single entry and shared bathroom, are characterised by 2 comfort or sea view rooms with sea view (with surcharge), one with double bedroom, one with twin/double beds. Cot availability.

Restaurant

The restaurant offers a mediterranean cuisine enriched with fish specialties and traditional flavours of the island. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with table service; hot and cold side dishes and dessert buffet. During the week planned theme nights, with delicious meat and fish menu.
