Hotel Le Dune

The hotel Le Dune stands directly into the beach of Piscinas, in the central part of the west coast Sardinia at about 100mts from the sea. It has been turned into a renovated property from an old mineral depot dating back to the 1800. The hotel consists of 3 units interconnected by some courts floored in original cotto tiled of the 1700 and embellished with some Punic and Roman archaeological findings. The Restaurant and the suite of the hotel has been made out of the ancient lead-glanced depot. In the main building are located 10 double rooms and 1 junior suite and in another unit are situated 1 American bar, the reception and 15 superior room, which have been made out of the wider part of the plant: the blend depot. The rooms are less formal than the common spaces which are all furnished in XVIII and XIX century style.

Location

The property stands on the south-west coast of Sardinia between Capo Pecora and Capo Frasca, in the middle of the valley. It is only 100 mts from the sea and a long beach. Besides it is easily reachable from the main airports and ports of the island covering asphalted roads up to the Ingurtosu mine and its ancient mining village. It is 95 km from Cagliari's airport and 100 km from Cagliari's port

Bedrooms

The hotel disposes of 25 rooms: standard, superior and suite rooms.
Standard rooms are equipped with: shower bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, mini bar, air conditioning.
Superior room: wider than the standard one, and equipped with shower bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, mini bar, air conditioning, sofa (available as additional bed upon request).
Suite rooms dispose of sea view and are equipped with shower bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, mini bar, air conditioning and hydro massage.

Restaurant

The hotel disposes of 2 restaurants which give particular attention to the local and traditional food and to the selection of very fresh seasonal products. At lunch time in summer you will be attended with buffet service in a typical arbour where are usually organized banquets and company Brunch as well. In the restaurant facing the sea you will be attended while tasting some of the best Sardinian wines and enjoying of unforgettable sunsets.
