Positive aspects: Perfect location -- right across from the street and an easy walk to downtown. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant, bar and pool areas were very pleasant.

Negative aspects: No ice was available.

Negative aspects: Breakfast was not great and breakfast staff very unfriendly.
Not cheap but the accomodation was not very modern.
No real eating facilities, very minimal eating service.
Staff was efficient but not very freindly.

Positive aspects: we had a very plesent stay in hotel florida, staff were very friendly and helpful in every way they could, would stay in this hotel again if i was to go back there we enjoyed every thing about our holiday in sardinia especially the weather came back to ireland to rain and more rain.......

Positive aspects: Nice clean good quality hotel

Negative aspects: At times the hotel staff were very unhelpful, a friend of mine badly burnt her leg in reception area and they cleared up the water before but didn’t come to her aid, we had to request a first aid kit.

Also the fact that all food / drinks need to be put on the room is inconvenient i.e on the last day of the holiday post check out or if people from other hotels were meeting us in Florida prior to going for dinner.

Positive aspects: Swimming pool and breakfast were nice. Staff were efficent but not overly friendly. Rooms were clean and view from balcony was nice. Hotel is also ideally located as it is right in front of beach and within walking distance of old town.

Negative aspects: Overpriced. For size of room and type of hotel I thought it was very overpriced. Also found out that there were much nicer hotels nearby for much cheaper. Decor etc. is a bit 1970s and rooms were tiny. Also the restaurant wasn’t very nice and the pool bar is limited. As ststed earlier the staff weren’t overly friendly.

Positive aspects: On arrival at 9.15 pm,Friday evening the receptionist knew exactly who we were,even if we were the only guests arriving at that time,it showed they were interested. Overall found the hotel clean,comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

Negative aspects: Not a major complaint, but tea/coffee making facilities would be nice.
