Cancellation policy

No penalties from the reservation until 35 days before the date of arrival;
30 % from 34 and 9 days before the date of arrival;
50 % from 8 and 4 days before the date of arrival;
80 % from 3 and 1 days before the date of arrival;
100 % in case of no show;

In case of purchase of a "stay + ferry", "stay + flight" or "stay + rent a car" tourist pakage a minimum penalty of 10% on the total file amount except discounts is considered since booking. The minimum penalty also applies for the partial cancellation of the tourist package.
