• TARIFFS INCLUDE: consumptions of electricity, water, and gas.
  
  COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -Final cleaning;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure;
  -For houses with air conditioning an extra 0,20 Euro per kwh consumed will be applied.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Linens provided with extra charge: set of sheets and towels (20 euro per week for double kit and 15 euro per week for single kit;
  -Extra single bed: Euro. 50,00 per week;
  -Camping cot: Euro. 30,00 per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -In case of late arrivals or on a public holiday: 30 Euro extra charge. In any case, it is necessary to arrange an appointment or communicate the estimated arrival to the local representatives.
  -In case the number of people is not met, the property in this price list must be paid a penalty equal to the 15 % of the rent. For houses with air conditioning an extra 0,20 Euro per kwh consumed will be applied.
