Villetta Sagittario

The villa is in the area of Villasimius, locality of Is Traias, near Simius, perhaps the most renowned in the territory of Villasimius. It is a beautiful bay protected from the wind, about 150 meters long and at least 25 meters wide with the usual semicircle shape. To one side of the bay two beautiful reefs enclose the white sandy beach. It does not have beach establicsmente and the access is free and by car up to a distance of one hundred metres. Full of typical Mediterranean vegetation, low and shaped by the wind.

Location

The villa is located in Villasimius, about 45 km from Cagliari and 400 metres to the beach of Is traias and 600 metres from the beach of Simius. The centre of Villasimius is at 1.5 km.

Villa

Independent small villa with two bedrooms, lounge and bathroom with shower. It is possible to access the house through a common street through a stairway that leads to the small garden (where ther are also the barbecue and the outside shower) and to the veranda with a panoramic sea view. The entrance opens onto the lounge where there is the kitchenette. Three stesps down lead to the bathroom and to a small room with a sofa bed, while a flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine floor where there is the master bedroom overlooking the living room. From this room it is also possible to have access to the back of the house to a small sundeck terrace. The house, on slightly staggered floors inside, is bright and pleasant.
