• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes electricity, gas, and water supply, bed linen with weekly change, tv and 24h assistance;
  -Final cleaning. Customer must clean the kitchenette and take out the garbage, otherwise 70 euros will be charged;
  -Safe deposit(to be paid by cash or cheque): to be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Parking can only be reserved locally 30 euro per week;
  -Baby cot: 25 euro per week;
  -Bath towels: 8 euro per person;
  -Air conditioning: 50 euro per week (subject to availability and not guaranteed);
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Kitchen linen unavailable;
  -Small size-pets: gratis;
  -On request baby sitter
  -Late arrivals after 8pm must be agreed with the facility. Late arrivals until 10 pm free of charge. € 40 surcharge per apartment for late arrivals from 10pm to 2am. Late arrivals after 2 am will be accommodated the next morning, during office business hours.
