Residenza Il Parco

The Residenza Il Parco, approx. 800 m from Villasimius town centre on the road to Castiadas, is a recently built complex located in two storey terraced buildings. All the apartments are from 5 to 10 minutes by car from the many famous fine dandy beaches of the area, on the south western coast of Sardinia.

Location

On the south eastern coast of Sardinia, Villasimius is 55 Km from Cagliari port and 65 Km from Cagliari-Elmas airport.

Apartments

Furnished in a simple and functional way according to the taste of each owner, all the apartments of the Residenza Il Parco are located within a terraced two storey building with a small veranda or patio, equipped with outddor table and chairs. All the apartments have a small barbecue. Typologies available:

Two-roomed apartment - sleeps 2: lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom, shower bathroom, TV.

Two-roomed apartment - sleeps 3 or 4: lounge with kitchenette and double or single sofa bed, double bedroom, shower bathroom and TV.

Three-roomed apartment - sleeps 5 or 6: lounge with kitchenette, double or single sofa bed, double bedroom, twin or bunk bedroom, shower bathroom and TV.
