Is Traias zone is nearby Simius, maybe the most renowned in the whole territory of Villasimius. The houses date back to the early 80s and are mostly placed on a hill which stretches down to the beach. This is a beautiful bay sheltered from the wind, of 150 meters length and it is 25 metres large. At the ends there are beautiful cliffs which close this snow-white sandy untouched beach. It can be reached by car through a path with no circulation. The vegetation is typical of Mediterranean lush. The entrance of the house is guarded. Nearby the beach there is a “snack bar” with veranda overlooking the sea. This house was built on the slopes of a mountain ending on the sea. It has an amazing view on Capo Carbonara and on the beaches of Is Traias/Simius/Porto Giunco on one side and on the Island of Serpentara/Beach of Punta Molentis on the other. The entrance is safeguarded thanks to two bars at the gate. Through this gate we enter the garden and the veranda. Through it we enter the living room with air conditioning and with a fully fitted kitchen, a sofa-bed and another corner which can be closed with a folding door making it a “bed corner”. On the ground floor there is a first bathroom with washing machine. A few stairs lead us to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a second bathroom a room with bunk beds. From this room we enter the veranda and the garden on the back of the house where we can enjoy the superb Capo Carbonara from. This veranda is equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Charge for consumptions

to be paid locally on spot. It includes consumptions for water, electric, gas. It costs 13 € per person per week. Children up to 3 y. o. free.

300 € mandatory to lodge on spot, it will be given back at departure.
