Is Traias zone is nearby Simius, maybe the most renowned in the whole territory of Villasimius. The houses date back to the early 80s and are mostly placed on a hill which stretches down to the beach. This is a beautiful bay sheltered from the wind, of 150 meters length and it is 25 metres large. At the ends there are beautiful cliffs which close this snow-white sandy untouched beach. It can be reached by car through a path with no circulation. The vegetation is typical of Mediterranean lush.
Description: from the road we enter the garden through some steps. In the garden there is a shower and a veranda with a big table and chairs. Through this veranda we enter the living room where we find two sofas, television, kitchenette with oven and fridge. A few steps and we enter the bathroom and three bedrooms (the house has a basement on one side because it is set on a slope); these three bedrooms, one of which is a double room and the others have bunk beds (one of which has a 3rd bed), are not very roomy and have skylight-like windows, assuring air and freshness even during the hottest days. From the living room some stairs take you to the mezzanine where there is another double bedroom with air conditioning and another bathroom. This bedroom has a door leading to the veranda on the back of the house, where there are barbecue, washing machine, another table. This veranda is accessible through some more stairs in the private parking for three cars. The house has a water tank.

to be paid locally on spot. It includes consumptions for water, electric, gas. It costs 13 € per person per week. Children up to 3 y. o. free.
n.b. – the apartments have air conditioning, for consumption exceeding 30 KW per week the guest will be charged ,035 € per KW. For this reason at the end of the stay the contactor will be checked.
