Simius Beach is surely the most popular beach of Villasimius. Indeed it is a wide sandy beach ending to a cristal clear sea. It is the best solution for the lovers of the nature and for those who need to have all comforts as well.

This villa is situated in Simius area, only 250 metri far from Simius beach. Cagliari airport and port are only 70 and 61 km far away.

House

This lovely house is surrounded by a garden and lawn where one can also park a car. This villa has got equipped verandas overlooking the sea. On the ground floor we find the living area and the kitchen, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds, one of the three bathrooms. From the verandas you access the lower floor where there are: a living area, three bedrooms (two double and one twin) two bathrooms. Finally there is a solarium overlooking Capo Carbonara. The house is equipped with television, washing machine, barbecue, shower and water tank.
