Porto Sa Ruxi is a locality in a small bay in the south east coast of Sardinia near Villasimius and Cagliari. 3 sandy beaches of pure white are included among the cliffs of the beautiful setting surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa is located in Porto Sa Ruxi about 40 km from Cagliari and 5 km from Villasimius.

House

The house is independent on all 4 sides, part of the condominium at Porto Sa Ruxi, with pool and tennis/football court (the cost is 1 euro per day for the use of the pool). Situated on two floors, it consists of an entrance with kitchenette and sofa bed, and an independent bedroom with a bunk bed. On the first floor there is a double bedroom (with air conditioning), a bedroom with bunk beds and cupboards and a bathroom. Windows have mosquito nets. Outside the house is a large covered patio with wooden beams and barbecue, garden with two private car parks. Outside there is a second bathroom with shower. Also in the garden there is an additional outside shower.
