The small villas are situated in Villasimius, beautiful pearl of Sardinia, also called the Polynesia of the Mediterranean. The holiday houses are located in residential areas of Villasimius.

Location

Located in the South East coast of Sardinia, Villasimius is at 45 km from Cagliari and 55 kilometres from the airport of Elmas-Cagliari. The apartments are inserted in a vast area in the residential area of Villasimius, located 800-100 m from the town center and from 5 to 10 minutes' drive from the numerous and famous sandy beaches of the area.

Apartments

The small villas and apartments are furnished in a functional and organized way according to the taste of each individual owner, all with little porch or patio and barbecue. Most of them have washing machine and air conditioning.
Two Room 2 +1 beds: Lounge with kitchenette and sometimes with a single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Two room 2 +2 beds: lounge with kitchenette, fold out double sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom.
Three room 4 +2 beds: lounge with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or bunk bed, bathroom.

In the immediate area (800-1000 m): bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, all kinds of shops, pharmacy, bank, post office. Marina 2.5 km from the town center with day trips to the Geo-mineral park. Diving center, diving and scuba equipment rental. Tennis courts in synthetic grass upon payment of a fee, horse riding centre. Internet point and fax centre, upo request shuttle service to / from the airport. All major credit cards are accepted. Services available during the period of validity of the compulsory club card: free shuttle to the beach on a preset schedule except on Saturdays, sports on the beach, daytime entertainment only on the beach with watergym, tournaments, games, Caribbean and Latin dances, beach baby with games and entertainment for children on the beach with assistants. Garage upon payment, it can be booked only upon arrival if available.
