Il Bosco dei Ginepri Holiday Houses

Il Bosco dei Ginepri Holiday Houses are some beautiful dwellings located in a residence found in the locality of Villasimius, called the “Polynesia of the Mediterranean Sea”. The residential complex of Porto Sa Ruxi mainly stands on a slope descending towards the sea and partly on a hill from where the beach of Porto Sa Ruxi can be reached through a pedestrian underpass with steps. It is composed of detached and semidetached houses surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and also includes apartments furnished according to the taste of the owners. The bay of Porto Sa Ruxi is characterized by emerald and turquoise colours and by a very white and fine sand. In Porto Sa Ruxi an age-old junipers wood is also found right on the shore: this is the natural heritage of a still uncontaminated Sardinia.

Location

Villasimius is about 50km from Cagliari's airport and port.

Apartments

The dwellings are very cosy and pretty and three different typologies are available:
Two-room apartment: composed of a living-room, kitchenette, equipped veranda, double (or twin) bedroom, bathroom.

Three-room apartment: composed of a living-room, kitchenette, equipped veranda, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom

Four-room apartment: composed of a living-room, kitchenette, equipped veranda, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, two bathrooms.
