• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes of electricity, water, bed linen and bath towels;
  -Final cleaning. The kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 40 euro extra charge is applied;
  -Deposit: To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Baby cot: 27,00 Euros per week;
  -Tv: 40 euros per week;
  -Washing machine: 40 euros per week;
  -Air conditioning: 65 euro per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -The guests must call the reception office before their arrival to communicate: their arrival time and arrivals later than 08:00 p.m: 25 euros extra charge.
  -The week from 11/08 to 18/08 is compulsory combined with the previous or following week.
