• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes on site assistance, consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
  -Final cleaning: except kitchenette, to be cleaned by guests (otherwise 50% surcharge will be applied according to the apartment typology)
  -Deposit(cash): To be paid upon arrival and returned at departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Bed linen and towels (optional): € 10 per person per change;
  -Baby Cot: € 20 per week;
  -Extra bed: until 15/06 and from 08/09: € 30 per week; from 16/06 to 13/07 and from 25/08 to 01/09: € 40 per week ; from 14/07 to 11/08 and from 18/08 to 25/08: € 50 per week; from 11/08 to 18/08: € 55 per week;
  -Washing machine: € 35 per week or € 60 per two weeks;
  -Pets: small pets allowed with requred surcharge for extra cleaning: € 35 for two-roomed apartments; € 45 for three-roomed apartments; € 50 for four-roomed apartment; € 55 for four -roomed apartments with 2 bathrooms.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  -Office business hours: 9 am to 1 pm ; 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. To ensure an efficient reception service, guests are kindly requested to report any late arrival out of office business hours.
