• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Weekly service package: free of charge for children aged 0-2 years. It includes electricity, water and gas;
  - Final cleaning: it does not include the kitchenette, which is to be cleaned by the guests, otherwise a 50% extra charge is requested;
  - Safe deposit: it is returned at the end of the stay after a status check of the apartment.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site)
  - Baby cot: to be requested when booking, 25,00 euros per week for stays from 03/03/2012 to 22/06/2012 and from 08/09/2012 to 26/10/2012; 40,00 euros per week in the other periods. Free of charge if brought by the guests;
  - Extra bed: to be requested when booking, 40,00 euros per week for stays from 03/03/2012 to 22/06/2012 and from 08/09/2012 to 26/10/2012; 60,00 euros per week in the other periods;
  - Bed linen/bath towels: 15,00 euros per person per change;
  - TV: to be requested when booking, 30,00 euros per week, 50,00 euros per 2 weeks;
  - Washing machine: 35,00 euros per week, 60,00 euros per weeks.
  - Pets: small pets admitted upon request, with a 50% extra charge on the tariff of final cleaning;
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - Check-in: Saturday and Tuesday from 05:00pm to 08:00pm. Reception office: 09:00am-01:00pm/04:00pm-08:00pm. Please inform the accommodation facilities in case of early/late arrivals so that a good service can be guaranteed;
  - Upon request and according to availabilities, in the periods from 03/03/2012 to 22/06/2012 and from 08/09/2012 to 26/10/2012 it is possible to enjoy stays shorter than 7 nights (5-night minimum).
