Le case del centro Holiday Houses are located in Isola Rossa, which originally was a fishermen village but has now become an important tourist destination in the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Its name derives from the reddish rocky islet standing right in front of it, where cormorants and sea gulls nest. On the promontory of Isola Rossa, an Aragonese tower in still good conditions can be admired. Three beautiful beaches with white and very fine sand are close to Isola Rossa: spiaggia Longa, spiaggia di Li Femini (so-called because women once sunbathed and bathed there separately from men) and spiaggia La Marinedda, about 500m away. Recently, a modern marina was built with respect to the surrounding environment: it offers all the services to pleasure boaters. Isola Rossa is unique also for its peacefulness and because its apartments are very close to the beaches and all the services. This is the ideal solution for families with children and those who do not want to use their car.
