Ines House

Ines House is a comfortable two-family house with garden, composed of two apartments with independent entrance, placed 1200m from the sea. Both the apartments enjoy an enchanting view over the sea. This house is located in Costa Paradiso, a village which is partially hidden and immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and built in perfect harmony with the landscape rich in pink rocks with various shapes that emerge from the crystal clear sea. Covering the coastline characterised by some enchanting beaches, one reaches the picturesque village of Santa Teresa di Gallura, from where ferries leave to La Maddalena island and Corsica. This locality astonishes for its beauty and the variety of its landscape, which is still uncontaminated and characterised by the iridescent colours of the sea, the green of the vegetation and the pink of the granite rocks that become red at the sunset, when the sun descends in this idyllic place.

This house is about 60km from Porto Torres and 70km from Alghero.

Ines House A is a 45m2 wide apartment placed on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a double bedroom, a kitchen with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a balcony with sea view equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, and car park.

Ines House B is a 75m2 wide apartment placed on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, a bathroom, a large terrace with sea view equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, and car park.
