• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -Service charge includes: gas supply, bed and bath linen, mainteinance (pool& garden), assistance during the stay, check in and check out, final cleaning(the kitchenette is to be cleaned by the guests, itherwise a 50,00 € extra charge is requested).
  -The water counter will be checked upon arrival and departure and will be charged euro 1,00 per CM (this charge will also cover the emptiness of the septic tunk); the electricity counter will be checked upon arrival and departure, each kilowatt will be charged euro 0,20;
  -Safe deposit: upon arrival you'll be asked to give the agency your credit card details so that 500,00 € will be held until departure.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be paid on site and to be requested at reservation):
  -Extra bed upon request: 50 euors per week;
  -Welcome pack upon request Euro 30,00 includes: mineral water, milk, nescafè coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam, butter, ham slices, cheese, crisps, biscuits, bottle of wine).
  -Bed linen extra: 7 euros per bed;
  -Bath towels 7 euros per person per change;
  -Baby cot/high chair: 50 euros per week;
  -Pets(on request): 30 euros per week.
  
  ADDITIONAL REMARKS:
  - For arrivals later than 5pm the guests will receive the directions to get to the house by their self; in case they need assistance also for check-in later than 5pm a 50,00 € extra charge is requested.
  -Payments at the arrival: cash.
