• COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid on site):
  -The Services Package includes on site assistance, consumptions of electricity, water, and gas;
  -Final cleaning. Kitchenette cleaning is the responsibility of the client, otherwise there will be an additional charge of 50 euro;
  -Safe deposit: that can be returned at the end of the stay after check of the state of the apartment. In case of departures when the reception office is closed, the safe deposit is given back by return of post at the guest's address.
  
  OPTIONAL CHARGES (TO BE REQUESTED WHEN BOOKING. Optional services requested upon arrival cannot be satisfied):
  -Bed linen 8,00 Euros per person per change;
  -Bath towels 8,00 Euros per person/change;
  -Baby cot/extra bed(3th bed in the two-rooms apartment and 7th bed four-rooms apartment);
  -Pets admitted: 30 euros per extra cleaning;
  -Air conditioning: 50 euros per week;
  
  REMARKS:
  -Kitchenette linen not available;
  -Arrivals after 21:00 (and before 01:00) must be previously communicated and there will be an additional charge ot 25 euros.
  -Arrivals/Departures on a different day other than saturdays available
