Le Residenze Ogliastrine

Ogliastra is one of the Sardinian provinces characterized by a wild and untouched nature, where long sandy beaches alternate with breathtaking coves. In this context can be found several locations as Tertenia/Sarrala, a magnificent town standing for the long beaches of Foxi Manna, Melisenda and Barisone, where the Residenze Ogliastrine are located.

Location

The apartments are 12 km from Tertenia, a minimum distance of 500 m. up to a maximum of 2500 m from the beaches of Foxi Manna, Barisone and Melisenda.

Location

The apartments - all recently built - stand on a hilltop, in a very quiet area. The complexes are composed of several building blocks in mediterreanean style, surrounded by large green areas and immersed in the typical natural landscape.

The apartments are located inside terraced houses or detached houses, on ground or first floor. Tastefully furnished, have separate entrance, some with double bathrooms and external showers, equipped areas for outdoor dining in large porticos.
Apartment types:
Bilo 2/3: lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom with extra bed possibility or sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom;
Bilo 4: lounge with kitchenette, 1 bedroom, double sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom;
Trilo 5: lounge with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, single sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom;
Trilo 6: lounge with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, double sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom;
Quadri 8: lounge with kitchenette, 1 bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms with single or bunk beds, double sofa bed in the lounge, bathroom, some times 3rd bedroom on the first floor with external double bathroom.

All the apartments have equipped kitchenette.
