Villa Plà - Stintino

Stintino is located in the cliff of Capo Falcone, an area considered a sort of paradise because of its natural beauties among which the sea and the beach La Pelosa. The wide extension of Mediterranean plants is also interesting from the faunal point of view. In front of the promontory there is the island of Asinara, ex prison and today a natural reserve. The most important town in the area is Stintino, fishing town that today bases its economy mainly in the tourism. Going to the western coast, the area of Argentiera, important from the historical and tourist point of view because of its old mine and the houses of the miners.

Apartment in villa with independent entrance and private pool. There are few steps to arrive at the entrance which opens into the bedrooms area. Seven steps up there is the living area with a nice terrace with barbecue and sea view, on the right there is an open kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Down seven steps there are the double bedroom and the single bedroom (you can add a forth bed), bathroom with bathtub. All the rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. Barbecue in the terrace, washing machine, dish washer. Open parking place for one car. The pool is at the entrance on the left side
