Stintino is located in the promontory of Capo Falcone, considered as a kind of paradise for its natural beauty, including the sea at the beach La Pelosa. The wide extent of Mediterranean maquis is particularly interesting from the animal point of view. In front of the cape is the island of Asinara a former penal colony and now a natural reserve. The most known town in the area Stintino fishing village that now lives mostly on tourism. Coming down on the west coast, before Alghero is the area of Argentiera important from a historical and tourist point of view due to the old facilities in the old mine and the miners' village.

Semi-detached villa with sea view located on a hill with independent entrance, private garden and private swimming pool. The villa has a living room with a separate kitchen. Double bedroom and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Outside shower, barbecue, parking.
