This apartment is situated in La Caletta, a renown sea-side village 50 Km south of Olbia, in the eastern coast of Sardinia. In this village you can find all sort of facilities and amenities: a tourist and a port for fishing boats. One can practise several water sports like sailing, diving surfing. The very fine white sandy beach and the clear crystal water make it an idyllic destination for wonderful holidays

This new and large one-room apartment is situated on the basement of a two-levels house with indipendent entrance. From the outside veranda you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. The apartment is provided with two beds, a kitchenette, a sofa bed and a bathroom. Also it is provided with a washing machine, dishwasher, color TV, oven, fireplace and a big table. Outside there are a parking place for one car and a garden.

- Parking.

THE PRICE DOESN’T INCLUDE

- Added bed/Baby cot: 25 € per week; to be requested at booking time and to be paid on site.

- Safe deposit: 150 euros to lodge on site: it twill be given back after a final check of the apartments.

- Kitchen and bed linen, bath towels, beach towel: not compulsory, to be requested at booking time: 10 € per person per week.

- Final cleaning.
