Le terrazze della baia

The complex is located in the wonderful bay of Santa Reparata, in front of the peninsula of Capo Testa joined to the main land by a small isthmus made up of white sand interrupted by rocks and typical vegetation and offers an extraordinary endless amount of images and colours. The structure is made up or several lines of apartments on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with garden and private solarium.

Location

The structure is located in the locality of Santa Reparata at Santa Teresa di Gallura, North East Sardinia. It is of simple access from the port and airport of Olbia through the SS-125 and then following the SS-133 bis to Santa Teresa

Apartments

Type “A”: studio (3 beds), on the ground floor, two-level apartment with a wide roofed patio, double sofa bed, single bed, kitchenette and bathroom, garden.
Type “B1/B2”: two room (3/4 beds), on the ground or the first floor, lounge with single sofa bed just in type “B1” and double sofa bed in the “B2”, kitchenette with washing machine, double bedroom, bathroom, solarium in the apartments on the first floor, garden.
Type “C”: three room (5 beds) on the ground or on the first floor, lounge with one single bed, kitchenette with washing machine (possibility of adding a dishwasher), double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, solarium in the apartments on the first floor, garden.
Type “D”: three room (6 beds) one or two levels, lounge with two single beds, kitchenette with washing machine (possibility of adding a dishwasher), double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, solarium in the apartments on the first floor, garden.

Amenities

Upon request and payment bed and bath linen, tv and washing machine. Santa Reparata has snack bar, restaurant, supermarket, parking, beach, swimming pool (upon payment), tennis fields. In the area: a nautical centre, boat rental, wind surf; commercial centre at S. Teresa Gallura.

Cooking&Eating

All of the apartments have kitchenette with pots and pans.

Remarks

Check in hour from 17.00 to 20.00 - Check out hour 10:00. Arrival outside reception hours must be informed beforehand. Small pets are allowed previous information at the moment of booking.
